I've talked before about granola, but I just feel the need to mention it again. I love making granola -- it takes about five minutes to prepare and then a little bit of watching and stirring after that, then you have granola for at least a week. You can put anything you want into it, you can adjust it to suit almost any diet needs and you can eat it in whatever way you enjoy. Granola is just such a good way to start the morning and breakfast is so important. I always eat breakfast before leaving the house -- even if I am going out for breakfast I'll have a little granola first. Speaking of... it's time for a bit of tea and granola.
