aubergine


I'm off to a craft night tonight with my lady friends. I'm bringing a dish inspired by one Elizabeth and I had in Barcelona and also by Italy. A roasted eggplant bruschetta with pine nuts and a tahini dressing. I hope it works out.

Plus, aren't these mini local eggplants just the cutest?
